  • Resident Experience Manager

    Hero is reimagining rental living. We’re all about delivering remarkable home experiences — excellent homes, outstanding service, and making residents feel at home from day one.

    We’re looking for someone who loves people. As our Resident Experience Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Hero for prospective and current residents. You’ll manage move-ins, enquiries, and help make every interaction seamless, supported by smart systems and external specialists for the more technical bits. Your job is to make living with Hero simple, friendly, and something people want to tell their friends about.

    Package

    - Up to £45,000 + 10% bonus DOE

    - NEST pension employer contributions

    - 25 days paid holiday + public holidays

    - Extra day paid holiday for each year of service, capped at 30 + public holidays

    - Option to work remotely up to two days per week

    - £500 per annum towards accreditations/memberships

    - £75 per annum towards eye testing and glasses

    What You’ll Do

    Greet and guide new residents from enquiry → move-in → orientation

    Be the go-to person for resident questions, feedback, and ensuring they feel heard and supported

    Manage resident onboarding via our digital tools

    Keep in touch post-move, help ensure renewals, and build a sense of community

    Work with external consultants & our internal systems so the leasing and admin parts run smoothly

    What We’re Looking For

    Exceptional customer service skills — warm, professional, proactive

    Organised, able to handle multiple touchpoints and prioritise well

    Good at using digital tools (CRMs / resident portals / Apps etc.)

    Strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Excellent communicator, both written and spoken

    Confident and capable of hosting viewings across our estate (vehicle and license essential)
