As Resident Experience Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Helgi for both prospective and current residents. From first enquiry to move-in and beyond, you’ll make the experience feel seamless, welcoming, and well looked after.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) — a great opportunity to step into an established role and make an immediate impact.

You’ll be supported by smart systems and external specialists for the more technical elements, giving you the space to focus on what matters most: people, service, and community.
