Grifo Developments has built its reputation creating long-term Build-to-Rent neighbourhoods, designed, built and operated under our own stewardship. Coastal St Clement's is different, this is a one-off collection of homes created for private ownership, an opportunity to apply the same commitment to design, craftsmanship and longevity to just five residences. Rather than creating homes for residents to rent, we have created homes for families to make their own.
Every aspect of the interiors has been shaped by the character of Westgate-on-Sea. Working alongside Ademchic and Clague Architects, the homes draw inspiration from the town's Victorian seaside heritage, balancing contemporary living with details that feel rooted in their surroundings. From the calming coastal palette and shaker-style kitchens to the distinctive striped tiling inspired by historic bathing costumes, the design language is thoughtful rather than decorative.
