Elliott House Receives Strong First Considerate Constructors Scheme Rating
We are proud to announce that Elliott House has achieved an impressive 82% "Very Good" rating following its first inspection under the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS). The assessment recognised the positive steps being taken across the project to support the local community, protect the environment and promote workforce wellbeing.
The project, which is transforming a former Grade II listed building into 27 apartments alongside three new-build chalet bungalows, performed strongly across all three CCS pillars, achieving 83% for Community, 81% for Environment and 81% for Workforce.
