ESG - Action on the Ground

Our commitment to people, planet, and place isn’t just a statement — it’s something we are actively embedding into how we deliver projects at every stage of the lifecycle. Our ESG team are continuing to drive meaningful action on the ground onsite at Elliott House.

Reusing Materials Onsite

We’ve successfully reused all materials from the demolition of the existing concrete slab as a sub-floor base across the site. Along with reducing waste this also preserves valuable resources, lowers the demand for new raw materials, and contributes to overall reductions in embodied carbon associated with construction materials.

By taking a circular mindset and repurposing materials already present onsite, we’re aligning our practices with industry best practice on sustainable materials management and reducing environmental impacts. This kind of reuse supports long-term stewardship of resources and reflects our responsibility to act thoughtfully at every stage of the property lifecycle.

Electronic Daily Sign-In for Workforce

To strengthen evidence of our social impact and ensure greater accountability in how we source labour, we’ve introduced electronic daily sign-in for all construction workers onsite.

This new system enables us to more accurately track the locality of our workforce — an important metric in understanding our social contribution to the communities in which we build. It helps demonstrate who we employ, where they live, and supports our ongoing efforts to maximise local economic benefit. This is directly aligned with our Social ESG commitments and enhances transparency in our reporting and delivery.

These updates mark tangible steps forward in how we integrate ESG into everyday decision-making on projects.
