ESG Progress Update – November 2025

Over the past few months, our ESG team has made significant progress navigating a wealth of information, conducting planning sessions, and collating data to strengthen our understanding of Grifo Developments’ social impact. We are proud to publish our first set of social value data — capturing outcomes generated by completed neighbourhoods up to October 2025, alongside projected additional social value over the next 25 years from our current portfolio and pipeline. These projections are, of course, subject to delivery outcomes and underlying assumptions, but they represent a major step forward in quantifying and communicating our long-term positive contributions. 

In parallel, we have clearly defined our core ESG values, which now form the foundation for our next stage of work. As we enter the construction phase of Elliott House, our focus turns to aligning project-specific targets with these values. We are working closely with our supply chain partners to ensure shared accountability and collective achievement of our agreed goals. 

This marks an exciting point in our ESG journey — one where data-driven insights and values-based action come together to create lasting, measurable impact across our developments and communities.
