Grifo Developments Appoints Cole Catterall as Financial Analyst

Grifo Developments is pleased to announce the appointment of Cole Catterall as Financial Analyst, strengthening the business’s financial capability as the platform continues to grow and mature. 

Cole joins Grifo at a pivotal stage, supporting the business across financial modelling, investment analysis, and capital strategy. His role will play a key part in ensuring that decision-making across the development lifecycle is underpinned by clear, robust, and well-structured financial insight. 

As Grifo continues to expand its development and investment activity, the ability to clearly articulate asset performance, funding structures, and long-term value creation remains central. Cole will work closely with senior leadership to provide high-quality analysis that supports site appraisal, funding strategy, and ongoing investor engagement.
