International Women’s Day: Recognising the women driving Grifo forward
This International Women’s Day, we are recognising the women across Grifo Developments who contribute to the strength, growth and performance of our business every day.
At Grifo, women are represented across a broad range of disciplines and levels – from development, to finance, operations, marketing and project delivery. Their impact is not defined by titles alone, but by the responsibility they hold, the decisions they shape and the results they deliver.
Several of our female colleagues have been with the business for many years, contributing to multiple projects and phases of growth. Their knowledge, consistency and long-term commitment provide stability and continuity across the organisation. In a sector that is fast-paced and often cyclical, that continuity matters.
We are also proud of the number of women who have progressed internally within Grifo. Career development here is not linear or uniform; it reflects performance, capability and ambition. From entry and mid-level roles through to senior leadership responsibilities, internal promotion remains a core part of how we build our team. The women in our business demonstrate that progression in property and development is not limited by function or background, but driven by results and contribution.
International Women’s Day provides an opportunity to reflect on representation within our industry more broadly. Property and development have historically been male-dominated sectors. Meaningful change comes not from statements, but from sustained action: hiring on merit, investing in development, creating clear pathways for progression and ensuring that leadership opportunities are accessible.
At Grifo, our focus remains on building a high-performing team. That means recognising talent, supporting long-term careers and fostering an environment where individuals are trusted with responsibility and empowered to lead. The women across our business are integral to that performance – commercially astute, operationally strong and committed to delivering quality outcomes across our portfolio.
Today is a moment to acknowledge their contribution to Grifo’s continued growth and success. More importantly, it is a reminder that a resilient, forward-looking business is built on capability, opportunity and leadership at every level.
