Grifo Developments Appoints Max Watson as Senior Quantity Surveyor

Grifo Developments is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Watson as Senior Quantity Surveyor, a newly created role that marks a continued investment in our strategy to be a fully vertically integrated developer, builder, and operator.

Max brings a strong track record of delivery with respected local house builders and is recognised for his keen eye for detail and commitment to quality. In his role, he will be responsible for overseeing all Quantity Surveying (QS) and Employer’s Agent (EA) functions across Grifo’s growing pipeline of Build-to-Rent developments in line with its evolving ESG Strategy.
