Our Operational Team welcomes Glenn Ford as Building Operations Coordinator

We are pleased to welcome Glenn Ford as Building Operations Coordinator, supporting the continued evolution of its operational arm, Helgi.

Glenn joins with a strong focus on operational performance, bringing a structured and proactive approach to managing buildings and supporting high-quality resident and asset outcomes. In his role, he will work across the portfolio to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while maintaining a clear focus on compliance, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Glenn will play a key role in supporting the effective mobilisation of new buildings, maintaining robust operational standards, and ensuring that systems, processes and data are consistently managed to a high standard.
