Sam Hipperson leads resident experience ahead of Chalk House launch

As Helgi prepares to welcome its first residents to Chalk House this October, creating an exceptional resident experience is a key priority. Leading this work is Sam Hipperson, who recently joined the team as Resident Experience Manager, bringing a strong focus on customer service, community building, and ensuring every resident feels at home from day one.

With the first phase of Chalk House due to launch in early October, Sam is already working closely with colleagues across operations, development and resident services to ensure a seamless transition from construction site to thriving community. Preparations are underway to refine every stage of the resident journey, from initial enquiry and viewing through to move-in, onboarding and ongoing support. A key focus is ensuring that residents enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience from their very first interaction with Helgi.

Alongside preparations for Chalk House, Sam is also working with existing residents across Helgi neighbourhoods to ensure they continue to enjoy calling a Helgi home their home. Through regular engagement, resident feedback, community initiatives and ongoing improvements to services and digital tools, the team remains focused on delivering the high standards of service that residents have come to expect.

Central to this approach is Helgi's commitment to creating places where people feel welcome, supported and connected. Whether through the Resident App, resident events, proactive communication or day-to-day support, the emphasis remains firmly on providing a positive living experience long after move-in day.

The upcoming launch of Chalk House represents an exciting milestone for both Helgi and the local community. With Sam leading the resident experience programme, the team is focused on ensuring that every resident receives a warm welcome and enjoys an outstanding place to call home from the very beginning.
