Team Workshop — A Chance to Reconnect, Reflect, and Reenergise

Last week, our team came together at Bodiam Boating Station for a workshop that was both productive and refreshing. It was a chance to step away from our desks, reconnect with each other, and celebrate how far we’ve come. The setting by the river was the perfect backdrop for collaboration and reflection - and a little adventure! 

We reviewed our performance so far this year, acknowledging the milestones reached and the challenges we’ve overcome since our Annual Team Workshop in early February. Everyone contributed valuable insights from across all business units, and it was inspiring to see how much momentum we’ve built as a team. 

The workshop wasn’t just about strategy and alignment. Our team has grown more than 30% so far in 2025 so it was a great opportunity for connection. We all took part in the “One thing you don't know about me” rounds, and “If I didn't have this job, I would be a...” game.   

Of course, it wasn’t all work! A highlight for many was kayaking down the beautiful River Rother — a reminder of the importance of balance, taking time to recharge, and enjoying the journey as much as the destination. 

Well done, team. Your commitment, creativity, and positivity are what make these achievements possible. Let’s carry that spirit forward into the weeks and months ahead. We still have a few mountains to conquer!
