A new chapter for Grifo Development’s operational arm, Hero Living, with a newly formed team
As part of a major re-structure Hero Living welcomes Hazel Joslin, Operations Portfolio Manager, and Joseph Jones, Maintenance Operative, bringing with them a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge.
Hazel has a breadth of BTR experience and is used to the fast pace of managing building operations, working closely with residents to foster positive living environments, and ensuring all regulatory and safety requirements are met. Alongside Hazel is Joseph, who has over 18 years as a multi-trader specialising in plumbing and will provide our residents with exceptional service ensuring the highest quality of works are completed.
These two key members of the Hero team are part of a wider re-brand that Hero Living is currently undergoing from our tech stack, brand, website and the resident journey. It is exciting times with this coming to fruition in September 2025. and will be a monumental year paving the way for Hero Living for the future.
