Grifo Developments announces that Kate Wallace is to become Senior Technical Manager in recognition of her outstanding contributions during her first year with the business.

Since joining the business, Kate has consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, a methodical and solution‑focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. She has played a pivotal role in advancing our developments, most notably the Sea Road project, where her technical expertise and leadership have ensured progress in line with both our programme and commercial objectives.

Kate’s professionalism, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and her strong communication skills have earned her the respect of colleagues, consultants, and stakeholders alike. She has also introduced initiatives aimed at setting clear design and construction standards, supporting our goal of delivering high‑quality, well‑designed homes that our residents are proud to live in.
